OUR STORY
Mia and Darren share a deep passion for food, whether here in Australia or in Mia’s home country of Vietnam. Originally, they planned to start a restaurant in Vietnam during their retirement to enjoy their later years together. However, they soon realized that waiting until their children had grown might be too late, and they didn't want to lose that spark of passion.
Instead, they decided to start a food trailer now. This gives them the freedom to travel with their children while serving different communities and spreading the joy of what they share as a family.
Our hope is to leave our children with a welcoming business that continues to spread the joy of family and great cooking. We envision one day owning a chain of vans and cafes that offer generous servings of fresh, budget-friendly food. Nothing makes us happier than seeing a big smile and a full belly at a price that families can afford. We want everyone to enjoy time with their loved ones or to simply join ours.
